What can I expect at my first coaching session?

In all cases, your first appointment includes a brief introduction to health and wellness coaching, as well as an opportunity for us to get to know each other a little. From here we progress to identify your unique wishes for your coaching and how I may best assist you given those needs.


Either prior to, during or following your coaching appointment, you may be asked to complete a confidential health and wellness questionnaire which asks about the key elements of Energy, Sleep, Stress, Life Balance, Weight, Exercise, Nutrition and Health Issues. The responses you provide assist us to facilitate your health and wellbeing coaching journey.
